Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Job Description
Dino Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) / Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide essential patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians. This role is perfect for dedicated nursing professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare in a variety of clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Monitor Patients’ Health: Take vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
✅ Administer Medications & Treatments: Give injections, apply wound dressings, and perform routine medical tasks.
✅ Assist with Patient Hygiene & Mobility: Help patients with bathing, dressing, and mobility to ensure comfort.
✅ Document & Report: Maintain accurate medical records and report any health changes to the supervising RN or physician.
✅ Support Patient Care Plans: Work closely with healthcare teams to implement and follow treatment plans.
Work Settings
🏥 Hospitals – Collaborate with doctors and RNs in fast-paced medical environments.
🏡 Home Healthcare – Provide one-on-one nursing care for patients in their homes.
🏨 Long-Term Care Facilities – Support elderly and rehabilitation patients in nursing homes.
🏢 Outpatient Clinics – Assist in treatment procedures and post-surgical care.
Job Requirements
✔ Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
✔ Proven experience in a healthcare setting (preferred but not required).
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
